• Served on an Executive Board of nine elected women that coordinate all chapter operations
• Oversaw a team of specialists and hosted meetings to attend to concerns and the overall improvement of the chapter
• Held individual meetings with members that showed signs of academic struggle or violated the chapter's Standards Code, and discussed a method of procedure to follow post-meeting
• Held confidential Wellness Checks for any member that displayed signs of distress, or mental health concerns and provided support while discussing the university's resources for health and wellness
