I am currently working under new owners Velocity took over in Feburary but I was with Alpine Lodge under Bestwestern Swiss clock inn. I started out as Supervisor for 2years then promoted to Manager. My duties include overseeing the staff, making schedules, cash register and over all customer service

I was in charge of hiring,orientation ensuring policies were followed. I also did payroll hours, restaurant reports, bank deposits,for hotel and restaurant, and kept all the change bags current.

• Managed employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace culture.

I did reservations on the phone as well as walkins worked with housekeeping to ensure clean presentable room

Worked in different departments through out the years giving me knowledge on inventory, promotions , and end of year sales figures. Most importantly customer service which has helped threw my years of employment
