  • As a Site Assistant my key responsibilities is to help out my SPM with administrative work as well print out any handouts my coworkers need. Also, if she is gone taking lead with program and being in charge with attendance, making and answering phone calls and talking to parents. As a Site Assistant we have to make sure we have great communication skills with our team, parents and stakeholders.
  • As a Program Leader my key responsibilities is to keep line of sight of the kids, assist them with homework, prepare lesson / activities for the kids and letting them know that Think Together is a safe and supportive environment where they can come to us and communicate with us about anything. We engage students to have fun and participate in activities.
