Mi nombre es María Alejandra y nací en Caracas, Venezuela. A lo largo de mi carrera he adquirido una amplia experiencia en diversas áreas, entre ellas atención al cliente, resolución de problemas, ventas, captación de clientes, cobranzas, gestión, administración y dirección de empresas. Estudié marketing y educación infantil, pero mi verdadera pasión me llevó al mundo empresarial. A los 17 años comencé mi camino profesional en ventas y atención al cliente. A los 19 años ascendí al puesto de Asistente de Ventas en una empresa multinacional, donde apoyaba a la fuerza de ventas y a tres gerentes gestionando la facturación y el seguimiento de pedidos hasta la entrega, brindando servicio al cliente y organizando reuniones y expedientes de ventas. Después de graduarme a los 22 años fundé una empresa especializada en material POP y organización de eventos, atrayendo con éxito clientes como Polar, Colgate y una distribuidora de licores. Al cumplir 33 años me mudé a la Isla Margarita y monté un negocio de organización de eventos, que operé hasta los 38. Luego adquirí una franquicia inmobiliaria que desarrollé hasta los 45 años y luego me convertí en socio de un emprendimiento enfocado en la negociación de transformadores eléctricos, rol que mantuve hasta los 52 años. En el ano 2022 decido venir a Estados Unidos con la Empresa Bluegrass, LLC. Directores del Territorio del Estado de la Florida, aqui me desarrollo como Vendedor y Cobrador Experimentado, logrando ser la vendedora y cobradora #1 de varios meses consecutivos.
