Communication Skills

I have completed a variety of steps and exercises through the leadership program I got accepted into. We worked on gathering ideas with each other, listening to and recognizing other people's opinions, and having different roles in a group to present our notes, projects, reviews and etc. I have worked with individuals in class for labs, studying, and gathering information needed for class. I have a very outgoing personality and I believe that is a big key to success in the healthcare field. I find a great success in helping those in need, making them smile and being an advocate for those in need. I have learned a great amount of basic medical needs while working at Women's and Children's Hospital. I always wanted to be in the medical field, and getting to work in it has changed my life and made a big difference. I have trained on a variety of floors while working for the hospital. My personality is made for this area of work, and I will strive to achieve each task that is thrown my way.
