• In 2019, opened 2 new development Assisted Livings in WI. Acquired 2 new IL and AL communities in 2021. Assisted in due diligence, projections and capital budgets.
• Monthly and quarterly presentations on Ops for 3 REIT/ Investor groups. Point person for investor questions and follow up.
• Increased census from 66% to 100% occupancy at new development in Illinois with 10+ wait list. Increased occupancy of MN assisted living by 15% in 6 months. Started 2 new developments ahead of pro forma with wait list deposits prior to opening.
• Created mock survey process to ensure regulatory compliance. Multiple deficiency free surveys. Converted MN AL/ MC to new licensing in 2021.

All marketing positions were eliminated company-wide after Medicare cuts.

• In November 2008, acquired 3 memory care assisted living facilities. Took census from 22% to 73% within four months
• Re-organization of company took initial $30k loss per month to cash flow within four months.
