  • Accountable for day-to-day operations and strategic aspects of all benefit programs under direct supervision of the VP and Director of HR.
  • Assist and educate employees in Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, Wellness and retirement savings enrollment/elections and other 'perks' during onboarding and on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity of employee benefits information and conducting regular audits and root cause.
  • Liaison with benefits carriers to build and/or maintain relationships. Interacts daily with benefits carriers too.
  • Resolve/troubleshoot file issues. Liaison with HR a technology group regarding system issues and enhancement requests.
