  • Coordinate with customers to schedule their scale service when their regular calibration service is due or if they have an emergency service request.
  • Make sure technicians are equipped the basic inventory of supplies that are most commonly used in the field.
  • Work with customers when new replacement equipment is needed. I provide quotes and purchase through our vendors.
  • Manage and maintain inventory by use of tracking through NetSuite and facilitate monthly counts, within our inventory room and the technicians trucks.
  • Continually updated database of customers making sure their information was as up to date as possible.
  • Make sure the technicians have all of the information necessary to perform their job with the information the customer provides me.
  • Help prepare our test weights for the bi-annual calibration that is done by the state.
  • Update customer pricing when feasible and provide quotes to customers on a consistent basis.
  • When necessary, help invoice coordinator understand all the components that are necessary for a job so we can bill the customer accurately.
  • Lead the technicians when department manager was out of the office.
