- Responsible for capturing memories for our guest
- Offer photo opportunities and inform guests of variety of services available through Disney Photo Imaging
- Includes fulfilling guest orders and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Proactively approaching guests and providing great service for all guest, including children
- Photograph high quality images for both print and internet download
- Currently part of Capture your Moment team, were we work as a team and guide guest to different locations of parks, and capture their magical moments, such as anniversaries, marriage proposals, birthdays, baby announcements and any milestones they are celebrating
- Also train new incoming cast members, for day2 and day3 training
- Help build strong fundamentals on camera usage and safety
- Also provide, character and night training
- Teach our creative core class, which helps our cast to think out the box, and use their creative side, to obtain a great photo
- Provide photo reviews to current and new cast, to insure photopass photographers are delivering the best product to guest
- Introduce new cast to camera center, so they can assist guest in creating photo packages, also assist guest with lost photos
- Part of Field support team, work throughout the park, checking on photographers, to ensure they are o.k., provide fresh batteries, fresh water and minor troubleshooting camera equipment in the field if any issues arise
- Help photographers with line assist in heavy traffic areas
