As a back up lead I support my Lead when she doesn't attend work, my position requires that I provide work areas for the employees to stay on track of workload, respond to emails, send emails when its required, tracking attendance, and check hours for the employees. I also have access to check their productivity, I communicate as much as I can with the associates to close workload. When my lead is here she sends me to the floor and I have the responsibility to move the associates around the floor areas for work. Lastly, as a backup I been trained in different areas.
