  • Most recently became the SD (Sales and Distribution) PM Lead of the SAP implementation team
  • My team consisted of the “best of the best” internal leaders for Customer Service, Marketing, IT, Quality Assurance and a few other talented contributors
  • My role included (but wasn’t limited to) creating and implementing a cross functional project plan while keeping the maintaining tight budget which was set by the executive team
  • This role also included keeping team morale high as we were challenged with a very aggressive timeline
  • I was required to give weekly updates (putting a positive spin on the negative items) to the stakeholders
  • Prior to joining the SAP Implementation team, I led several internal projects for various departments which included:
  • Implemented a new vendor for our checks division which provided an additional million dollars to our revenue by delivering on time and under budget
  • Brought on a new product line for pet accessories which required getting art clips for internet site
  • Implementations included several visits to the new vendor site, complete rewrite of current internet site requirements, collecting test data from vendor(s), writing new test procedures and several other tasks to get the job done

  • Decreased Quality complaints 89% from 37 to 4 per week through managing the creation of Quality Systems, maintaining TL and ISO standards, designing and implementing a complex application in C# .NET, reporting Corrective Actions Requests and Preventive Actions for both internal and external complaints

  • This environment included embedded links in Microsoft Outlook emails, SharePoint C# .NET application and a virtual file server (which housed the archived and approved PDF documents)
  • Managed Global Portal migration from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2013 environment
  • Worked with the Manila developers and DBAs to ensure all the C# .NET applications worked properly and all the newly migrated SharePoint 2013 site libraries worked the same once the migration took place
  • There were over 40 applications and 120 SharePoint site libraries and all were successfully migrated over a two (2) month time span
  • Concluded 8-year project retiring the Lotus Notes applications environment and migrating to C# .NET SharePoint environment which eliminated 22 Lotus Notes servers and approximately 864 Lotus Notes applications.
