  • Participated as team lead/resource in COVID Vaccination for the whole county and served the community when vaccination was initially available to the state (UH)
  • Maintained Care Coordination role with Pediatric inpatient AND stepped in to be Case Manager when Pediatric Inpatient Rehab was being built and being designed as part of Pediatric Inpatient service in University Hospital. Collaborated with PM&R re needs for ICD 10, IP rehab criteria in order to qualify for billing/insurance.
  • Functioned as Complex Case Manager in Childhood Cancer Survivorship Program only available in the county if not City and captured more than 300 patients during the pandemic. Inactive patients where re enrolled and clinic was reintegrated with the new EMR system: EPIC.
  • Finished Legal Nurse Consultant Training Course 04/20 during the pandemic
  • Rebuilt adolescent clinic, formulated policies and procedures, integration of women’s clinic to cater to adolescent needs. Complex care including pharmacy access, which required combining providers from both Air Force and Army (JBCC –Lackland AFB)
