As a Production Coordinator, I oversee production and ensure continuous manufacturing flow by managing the packaging area. I filled in for the senior PC, when necessary, I also track operator performance, hold meetings with engineers to improve processes, and handle tasks such as rework orders, sort, addendum and assisting quality control with NCR Initiation. I am committed to upholding company policies and contribute by training and guiding other Production Coordinators and operators.

I was among the first eight individuals to learn and work daily with a new suture introduced to the Alfa West Side clean room C16235-09,10. I assisted the (PCs) in inspecting and repairing pieces to minimize scrap. I contributed to the collective idea of implementing a mid-inspection for the suture mentioned before, which helped avoid destructive testing for Quality Control (QC), saving the company money and time.

For over five years, I have assisted the chef of the restaurant in creating new menus, managing inventory, and overseeing kitchen operations to ensure the quality of food preparation. This role demands someone who is adept at working under pressure, managing kitchen staff, and has a thorough understanding of food safety regulations.
