• Job Description: Provide case management of TANF, Medicaid, Food Stamps Child Care Assistance and Liheap or Fuel Assistant Programs according to federal regulations and policies. This includes: Interviewing clients on both a scheduled and walk-in basis. Determining standard of need and timeframes in which case must be processed. Requesting the necessary verifications and being able to interpret these forms (burial accounts, trusts, INS forms etc) if need be. Cases are reviewed by state Quality Control for both accuracy and timeliness. Each program has a different set of regulations and these change quite frequently. Ongoing training is necessary in order to keep up with current policy.

Job Description: To transcribe dictation of doctors regarding patient visits. Speed, accuracy and promptness are of

the utmost importance. Dictation from several different doctors of ethnic background requires the ability to desifer

distinguish between their accents and terminology. Several reference books are needed in order to research

the meanings of like terminology to distinguish which version the physician is referring to.

Job Description: Transcribing dictation of physician/patient visits. Filing of information, requesting x-rays, CAT

CAT scans etc and sending this information along with Preoperative examinations transcribed to the appropriate

facility in the timeframe allotted.

Job Description: Preparation and serving of meals to residents of the facility. This included meals for diabetics, those

who needed ground foods, pureed foods, low salt, no salt etc. Assisting residence in feeding themselves. Then

cleaning all dirty supplies, pots, pans, dishes, mopping floors, washing tables etc.
