• Open and close stores for each shift, operate the cash register daily and tally all end of day sales reports, restock inventory weekly and review cash operation data to verify proper replenishment
• Cross train new hires and back up fellow management staff on operating procedures and company services
• Answer product questions with up-to-date knowledge of sales and store promotions, promptly respond to inquiries and requests from prospective customers to generate loyal clientele
