  • Collaborated with team of 35 in the development of LMO Origin Handoff and Destination Direct Inject. Team consisted of FedEx Express and Ground Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Communications. LMO Origin Handoff was expanded to 76 markets and 240,000 packages. Destination Direct Inject was expanded to 30 FedEx Express and 37,000 packages.
  • Expanded 2 ramp facilities (ABER, MDTR) to support largest e-commerce markets in the Northeast in 2018. Increased sort capacity by 50% at a project cost of $12 million and return on investment of 3 years.
  • Led the integration of 4 TNT gateways in domestic US (JFK, LAX, MIA, ORD) into the FedEx Express network in 2017.
  • Expanded and enhanced international import service to 7 major US markets with the implementation of the East Coast Special (ECS) project in 2008. This introduced overnight service from major European markets to the US.
  • Earned the “Five Star” Award in 2009 for cost savings and international import service enhancement. Earned "Five Star" Award in 2017 for TNT Integration.
  • Assigned special project in Europe to assist in establishing standard engineering plans and practices at 2 stations in Germany (Dusseldorf and Cologne) in 1992.
  • Member of the Flying Tigers unification team from 1988 to 1989. Assisted in the integration of Flying Tigers at JFK into FedEx Express.
