- Assist Purchasing Supervisor and Senior Buyer with multiple task.
- Cross trained to cover multiple positions in my area.
- Run reports on Cost Repair and Supplies on weekly basis, it helps all departments see there spending. Includes making a report to identify top ten most expensive items, on Repairs, Supplies, Chemicals, Pallets.
- Manage the Packaging Report, make sure inventory's are as accurate as possible, show how much each department is using on bags, boxes, film, and packaging items. And items they have the most waste on.
- Work on Cost Per Head Supply Report, which is a report for all departments, that report includes all areas and how much they are spending on supplies.
- I am also in charge on Chep pallet orders, placing orders, making sure they arrive , notify when they are empty, Audit at the end of the year.
- Cycle counts report, to maintain our inventory, making sure we have in stock what our system inventory says we have.
- Work on Requisitions, creating purchase orders, asking for quotes to get the best price, placing orders and make sure parts arrived and receive.
- Work out in the warehouse, help maintenance find parts, check out's, receiving, paperwork.
- Put in new parts into our Bpc's system to get them order for new machines and maintenance repairs.
