* Researching teller, vault, TCR outages from 17 branches & processing FTM transfers through general ledgers to reverse differences once located

* Completing hold review queue from prior business day & creating hold correction notices

* Review new or superseded accounts from bankers including personal, business, irrevocable & revocable trusts, estate accounts

* Completing account maintenance & reviewing bankers have obtained proper documentation that support account opening along with policy & procedure

* Examine safe deposit box contracts for opening & closing

* Levy processing - Removing funds from client accounts to remit funds to Agency's including Franchise Tax Board, Employment Development Department, California Department of Tax & Fee Administration

* Placing accounts & safe deposit boxes on the missing doc report to have bankers correct signature cards or obtain missing documentation

* Evaluate the status & mail code report for the previous business day & make corrections

* Opening personal, sole prop, trusts, cd accounts

* Reporting fraud on accounts & debit cards & adding restrictions

* Assisting clients with online banking set up on their mobile devices

* Responsible for balancing vault daily & processing out going/ incoming shipment from brinks

* Balancing ATM's & TCR's

* Printing consumer & business debit cards

* Assisting clients with credit card applications

* Imputing personal unsecured loans & preparing loan signing

* Opening safe deposit boxes

* Ordering supplies for the branch

* Sending domestic & international wire transfers

* Process consumer & merchant deposits

* Check cashing

* Placing holds on check deposits, stop payments, currency transaction reports, suspicious activity reports, & elder abuse reports

* Printing consumer debit cards

* Completing loan payments

* Updating mailing addresses

* Assisting with mobile banking questions

* Guiding clients to the appropriate banker
