Teach fifth graders, serve as a school leader. Prepares motivating and stimulating lessons that reflect knowledge of curriculum, child development, and student interests and abilities. Employs a variety of teaching methods to engage different learning styles and ability levels in the classroom. Constant communication with parents in manner where they partner with me in supporting their child's education. Support teacher colleagues in teaching strategies and implement innovating curriculum instruction in order to have a high student engagement and motivation.
