• Collaborated with law enforcement as they conducted their investigation...I was a conductor for mobile patrol while having access to security phone and He;ius on hand as I unlocked all entrances and service doors to the Mall. I would repeat the same at closing. I would let employer's and employees into the entrances of the doors that were secured. I had access to the bank card in the office to go gas up the mobile. I also had access to drop the mobile off property to be repaired,washed ,or serviced.
• Checked and verified photo identification prior to granting facility access. I would sign the contractors in holding on to their identification and escorting them to and unlocking the sight where they/ he/ she had to service. Once done they would come sign out and receive their identification and I would go make sure the site was secure. Another duty was unlocking store fronts and rears,turning lights on by request of site manager and securing lights,gates and doors when prompted to. I would conduct a guard tour on foot with a 2nd phone called the Helius tapping all sights.
• I would report leaks,and other hazards that would arise like the escalators, elevators,fights,thefts, homeless people, dine and dashers,lost children,lost or stolen items,people parking in unauthorized places and fender benders. I did a little bit of everything. I collaborated with police during shop lifting,fights,lost children,unruly teens/adults, and displaced people. At the end of the day I would write incident reports and log everything that was done.

• I conducted tours throughout the amazon facility tapping check points with a phone, I monitored the computers and cameras ,letting the employees in as they tapped their badges at the entrance to the work place. if their badges did not work? my job was to identify who they were and why their card did not go through. I would create a picture Identification for the new employees, as well as suspend or delete them if they were to be terminated. I also collaborated with law enforcement as they conducted their investigations when there were employees that were disgruntled when they were let go. I stayed vigilant at the cameras and while I was at the front desk assuring the safety of staff and employees. I took training courses in First Aid, CPR training,responding to terrorism and active threats, responding to medical emergencies, communications and legal powers and limitations and my responsibilities and maintaining my conduct as a security Officer. I was in charge of cleaning banks in the tri state area . i cleaned and serviced other factories,offices, i would drive from place to place, cleaning dusting, mopping and dusting and low . i then began to work in the norristown morgue during the covid Era. I I had to scrub was to clean the offices wiping areas down with a disinfectant,when i got to the showers and locker rooms i had to wear double the gloves. i was to scrub the shower down and spray with a strong disinfectant. i was to remove the bin with the gowns in them and put in a larger bin in a bag for washing. i was too close to the white boxes that contained the positive covid results that belonged to the deceased...
