I ensure the completion of all day-to-day HR core routines, such as timekeeping, retention, scheduling, staffing, compliance, training, talent development, team stabilization, and payroll. By focusing on data accuracy, I am able to use the business acumen to make decisions within the HR work center to drive measurable results for the store.
I also work with leaders throughout the store and district for multi-work center collaboration toward shared goals.

Oversaw adherence to food and crew member safety guidelines, enhancing the guest experience. This included daily preparation of fresh ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized space, as well as collaborating with other crew members to deliver quick results for guests.
I was also in charge of our online business, ensuring the timely completion of fax and online orders.
As the Arts and Entertainment Editor at The Jambar, I was in charge of managing a group of student writers to ensure that story deadlines were met. I would collaborate with other editors to develop engaging articles and features. By building my network, I was able to showcase both local artists and performers, as well as well-known acts.
