• Maintain and apply for out-of-state alcohol direct to consumer and wholesale licenses for clients.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly and annual out-of-state reports for excise tax, sales tax and direct shipping reports due for clients.
• Maintain and file CalRecycle monthly reports due for clients.
• Maintain and apply for label registrations for out-of-state licenses for clients as needed.
• Maintain and apply for FDA Registrations.
• Compliance audit projects as needed.
• Obtain client CA ABC licenses.

• Maintain and apply for TTB COLA registrations and TTB Federal Basic Permit amendments.
• Maintain and renew CA ABC licenses as well as FDA Registrations.
• Ensure Company is in compliance by closely monitoring and tracking state laws and regulations.
• Implement and communicate procedures to ensure Company compliance when applicable.
• Implement and maintain new product UPC codes and input in system.
• Responsible for new employee onboarding and maintaining such files as it relates to Human Resources.

Responsible for all areas of wine club: coordinate wine club orders/shipments, database and inventory management for wine club, point of contact person on all daily phone calls and emails, plan and execute wine club events, develop wine club email campaigns and promotions, as well as be responsible for various other office duties on a day to day basis.

• Proactively track and monitor insurance regulations and proposed bills. Analyze risk and impact to the Company, insurance carriers, and sales force while providing Senior Management with recommendations as to procedures and processes to be implemented in order to ensure compliance.
• Analyze and review complex legal documents to verify proper authorization(s) while ensuring Company and insurance carriers are adequately protected from potential liability.
• Act as a resource in responding to complex inquires from various departments by using creativity and industry knowledge in order to recommend solutions to legal issues while assessing risk to company.

• Analyze, research and respond in writing to inquires and complaints from customers, sales force, state department of insurance, attorneys, and other regulatory bodies on behalf of Company.
• Responsible for negotiating settlements and responses while ensuring compliance with market conduct requirements within statutory timeframes.
• High-level customer service by providing strong oral communication skills to insurance carriers, customers and sales force in order to resolve complaints.
