• Working as a back server, I am tasked with assisting servers for a smooth dinner service. This includes drink running, pre bussing/resetting tables, and setting mise en place for upcoming courses while prioritizing guest needs consistently throughout the shift.
• As an expo I keep track of and address all food that gets put in the window ensuring that it goes to the correct table and seat number and is plated and garnished correctly to restaurant standards or to accommodate any guest requests. I also keep clear communication between servers and chefs to ensure that all allergy’s are taken care of right away. I make sure that sauces are prepped and that the expo station is completely stocked and set up before dinner service.
