- Grew the Wesley Friends program from 35 active members to over 2,100 active members.
- Conducted daily membership communications.
- Published a 16-page magazine/newsletter quarterly. Managed the recruitment and retention of staff and new clientele.
- Coordinated all event planning, including local, state, national, and international trips.
- Oversaw the recruiting, training, managing, and retaining of volunteers for Wesley’s robust volunteer program.
