State Department liaison to Overseas Private Investment Corporation (now Development Finance Corporation). Secured $5 million to support Iraq investment reform program. Drafted policy responses to the economic crisis. Managed Intern Program.

Studied economics and mathematics in nine-month Economic and Commercial Studies course designed to provide analytical tools for work in the Foreign Service context.
