Assist with management and operation of three wine, beer, and liquor stores with main concentration being on our store featuring fine wines and allocated wines and spirits.


Part of a team that selects and maintains a full wine list at our fine dining restaurant that has Wine Spectator Award status.


Maintain the wine list in ipad format through Vinumenu.com software. The list features numerous wines by the glass and over 400 wines by the bottle from all over the world.


Work restaurant floor as needed as manager/sommelier (certified court of Master Sommeliers) when needed assisting guests with wine selections as well as working with wait staff to create an amazing guest experience at this highly regarded restaurant.


Work with store manager at the prime location to order and stock appropriate products for retail sale as well as for on-premise use at the restaurant.


Assist customers at the retail store with purchases to fit there needs.


Coordinate, track, and maintain inventory of items that flow into the store and then to restaurant inventory.


Take over full operation of the retail store in the absence of the store manager.


Work closely with members of our exclusive proved club with events that are catered by our restaurant.


Arrange and administer auctions for club members to purchase rare whiskies, as well as maintaining their private personal lockers at the club. These lockers are used for their favorite wines, spirits, etc to have when they frequent the club.


Operate either of the other two stores in the absence of the regular store manager, operating, ordering, arranging as needed.


Order and maintain humidors for all stores so that they are appropriately stocked with fine cigars for retail sale.


Coordinate pricing, product selection, and arrange for delivery of wine & spirits to an upscale Jazz and event club partner.


Coordinate pricing, product selection, and arrange for delivery of wine & spirits to nearby wedding reception venues.


Maintain strong relationships with vendors, follow industry trends, stay current on new products in order to keep an edge on the competition.


Maintain positive relationships with all staff across locations in order to encourage and support them to make them the best employees and people that they can be.


Always go over and above to help each guest, retail, restaurant or club member no matter how big or small the purchase or project may be.
