Work in Kitchen mainly baking german soft pretzels for the customers of the zoo. Bartending for catering events held by Craft Culinary. I work hard to stay busy and get the job done, like dishes, grill cook, expediter, prep, cashiering, all kinds of tasks. I also create drinks for the catering menu for certain events, produce them for large events and work them as well.

I worked at 5 separate companies in the airport ran by Delaware North. Barrio Brewing, El Charro, SirVezas, Mavericks, Thunder Canyon Brewing. Here I was a bartender and server with large quantities of travelers needing quick and quality bar and food service.
This was a month long seasonal position.
High Volume restaurant in a busy national park serving classic american food and a full bar with a cocktail menu and local beer. Providing drinks and food to hikers and tourists all over the world. Made drinks for servers through a ticket system. Worked solo on weekdays and with a coworker on weekends.
