Provided remote assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties, guiding them through step-by-step resolutions with patience and professionalism. Multiple troubleshooting tools used such as TeamViewer, QuickAssist, and Zoom. Salesforce also used to resolve incoming customer tickets via email/chat.
