- Refined the process for unloading GM trucks to ensure a consistent unloading time of 2 hours or less - achieved this by assigning associates a primary location on the roller belt and encouraged them to determine when shifting their positions was necessary based on where freight was concentrated
- Implemented a process for checking all overstock picks and correcting on-hand and shelf cap counts to improve accuracy in our inventory - Reseen Pick percentage was reduced from 4%+ to under 1% over the course of 6 months, and it has maintained this number ever since
