• Support regional WAN network and server infrastructure for 12 offices. Teamed with local on-site support at other offices to troubleshoot and help resolve issues in those locations
• Support large office moves and new build-outs for offices ranging from 2,000+ to 150 users
• Provide daily customer support for connectivity and other technology solutions including telephony to over 8,500 users in the region

• Deployed, administered, and supported server, network, and VoIP telephony infrastructure to increase productivity within the business and agricultural process
• Built out Fiber and Copper network connectivity spanning over 100 acres of greenhouse and several warehouses
• Integrated PC based systems with PLC controlled robotics to control watering booms and scanners
