- Implemented both a Global PACS and a VMS which is robust enough to support the 700 locations across the globe.
- Collaborated with the Wide Area Network team to design an isolated virtual network at each location to host both the access control and video surveillance hardware.
- Collaborated with the Human Resources team to implement a tie-in from the HR database into the access control database, allowing an automated process of adding and disabling of employee credentials.
- Collaborated with the Health/Safety/Environmental team to implement a safer work environment by reviewing drawings of the facility to identify risk / danger zones.
- Evaluated and implemented a COVID-19 screening test which measured body temperature at the tear channel with thermal video.
- Working to implement a Visitor Management System.
- Collaborated with the Physical Security team to develop strategies and standards for global deployment.
- Implemented a Security Tour Guard to track and time stamp guard movement through the facility.
- Collaborated with the Legal team to implement Policies for video retention and export procedures to share with law enforcement in service of securing intellectual property.
