Working at Kaiser as a Security Professional I encountered many high stakes situations that required me be attentive and focused such responding to nurse stats, writing reports to preserve the truth and ensuring a safe work environment by deescalating difficult moments for patients going through life changing experiences.

Guided patients in their decision making by providing options and assisting them with personal activities such as eating, showering, exercising administering glucose and washing their clothes. Working one on one with patients to maintain a clean living space and assisting them in achieving their short and long term goals with exercise and dieting.

As a lifeguard I worked with patrons ensuring great customer service behind the register, great attention to detail in the watch tower over the pool and good teaching skills of both my students in swim class and new guards on performing lifesaving procedures. One of my accomplishments I look back on fondly is when I was able to save two swimmers at the same time in the recreation pool, I was mentioned in the team meeting and congratulated by my superiors.
