I have worked in the heating and air conditioning industry my entire career. Owning and operating an HVAC Company from 1985 to 2010 and selling my company in 2010. While owning the company we focused on residential and commercial HVACR, including geothermal heating and cooling, hydronics and forced air solutions. I developed a reputation in my community as honest, hard working and reliable. After selling my company, I worked with a local distributor to help with the start up of a geothermal division. I have worked as a Territory Manager for two manufactures and developed great relationships with my dealer base. I have an extensive back ground in both the contracting and the distribution side of the heating and air conditioning business as well as strong technical, sales and design experience.
Conduct in home sales for replacement of heating & air conditioning systems. Process includes evaluation of current system including sizing, ductwork evaluation and discovery with the customer regarding performance of the existing system and energy costs. Conducting an in home indoor air quality analysis. Producing multiple proposals including options for one stage, two stage and variable speed equipment and including indoor air quality, system enhancements and safety options. Presenting proposals with financing options. Preparing installation packages including pictures, AHRI Certificate, proposal and instructions. Following up with an in person site visit after the installation is complete.
Owned a residential/light commercial HVAC company. Sold the company in 2010.
