As an Assistant Service Manager I managed the front end of store operations including central checkout, self checkout, business center and gas station.

My tasks include the following:

• Settling customer disputes
• Assisting customers with services beyond check out
• Assisting cashiers
• Managing lines
• Managed cashier breaks and lunches

As a Gas Station Lead I managed the HEB Gas Station. We had a group of 12 partners and all the problems they encountered went to me.

My tasks include the following:

• Order supplies needed
• Tamper check all the pumps
• Put in work orders for all equipment failures

I tended to Country Club Members and took care of our fleet of golf carts as well as all of the outdoor facilities like the driving range and the cart barn.
