  • I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Public Relations. While at CSULB, I was an elected student government Senator and had the opportunity to represent different student populations. These experiences helped me become a better communicator and taught me how to listen to people's concerns and work toward solutions.
  • During my first term, I represented students connected with the Athletics department and community. I helped promote stories about athletes and upcoming events through the university newspaper and social media. I also attended weekly meetings with the Athletics department chair and monthly Student Athletes Advisory Council meetings. The following year, I was re-elected and represented the Disabled Student population, where I participated in meetings and helped bring student concerns to the rest of student government.
  • I also attended the Ukleja Center for Ethical Leadership seminar and received a certificate of completion. One of my strengths is gathering, organizing, and sharing research and data information with others. I also have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with general computer and internet research skills.
  • Outside of work and school, I have stayed involved in my church community and volunteer with non-profit organizations, including Ronald McDonald House in Los Angeles and Olive Crest. These experiences have allowed me to continue working with and helping people from different backgrounds.
