*Attend and Participate in HART Meetings

*Perform daily field observations relating to work in progress, safety and quality control.

*Observe and report on electrical contractors working on HECO equipment.

*Receive and return Hold Offs and Limited Hold Offs from HECO CPM.

*Work with contractors on time, efficiency and safety.

*Observe micro tunnel work and report

* Observe pot holing for utility locations.

*Work with electrical contractor on pole installations and change over.

*Work with HDCC on coring, removal of spoils and use of FRAC trailers.

*Observe Tremie concrete pours and methods.

*Work with contractors on conduit alignment.

*Observe and report on gas line and sewer install and repairs.

*Review project management and quality assurance plan.

*Observe trench excavation, report on profile and plan views.

*Ensure that material used in construction meet the required specifications.

*Maintain records of all inspections performed including photographs taken onsite.

*Report in SLACK on investigation into complaints, incidents and accidents at work site.

Report all observations daily into the Stantec SharePoint Tracking Log and Oracle Primavera Unifier program.

• Provide utility construction management consulting, inspection, oversight and related services.
• Observe and report on contractor job progress, time management from start of job to completion.

*Supervise and direct work force activities ensuring safe, cost effective construction, installation, inspection and maintenance of overhead and underground transmission and distribution facilities.

* Responsible for overhead lineman, apprentice and helpers.

*Analyze and construct work packages, field checks, blueprints, and work with crew leaders implementing projects and field check jobs.

• Manage lineman and bucket truck crew to install, upgrade and inspect high voltage utility work.
• Read and interpret CSA, Underground and Overhead construction drawings.
• Address field modifications and communicate with Hawaiian Electric Company engineering division. *Accept and receive HO's and LHO's from HECO Load & Trouble Dispatch.

• Work with utility pole structures, hardware and lines for compliance with HECO and government standards on foot and aerial inspection.
• Read plans with profile, structural, sectional, plan view, online diagrams and butterfly detail.
• Create hold offs for crews working with system operations dispatcher.
• Schedule and witness mandrel testing and coring form underground facilities.

• Maintain and repair high voltage overhead distribution and transmission lines.
• Install and maintain utility poles, hardware and equipment.
• Work in both commercial and residential areas.
• Utilize a working knowledge of HECO's engineering standards and distribution work standards.
• Perform underground construction and installation of underground utility electrical infrastructure.
• Experienced working in confined spaces such as manholes and handholes with energized cable and equipment.
• Qualified to do hotline rubber gloving, enter energized vaults and manholes and work on and around energized primary and secondary cable.

• Provide labor work under the direction of a lineman or working foreman.
• Duties included but not limited to installation and maintenance of overhead and underground electrical lines and other miscellaneous responsibilities that are assigned by the lineman of working foreman.

• Responsible for manual work under the direction of a lineman or working foreman , to include but not limited to overhead and underground installation and maintenance of de-energized utility lines.

• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of offices, common areas, restrooms and ensuring a clean environment.
