• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage the sales process from market appointments through order fulfillment each delivery season.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing clients to showcase new collections and products.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as design, production, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze data to develop strategies for increasing revenue and market share.
• Attend trade shows, events, and market appointments to network and promote the brand.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management to inform strategic planning.
