• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including the proper removal and installation of all electrical components. Troubleshoot target acquisition, optics, and laser designation systems.
• Knowledge includes: the Apache’s electronic interface systems, sub-systems and components, and logistical necessities. Repair, diagnose, and replace the hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems of the AH64D. Specialized experience includes: data busses, electrical power distribution/generation systems, environmental control systems, Auxiliary Power Units (APUs), fuel system distribution and monitoring, lighting, communications systems, and navigation systems.
