- Prepare Project Scope for Housing Rehabilitation Projects funded through the SHIP program.
- Provide oversight and guidance for the implementation of Hurricane Housing Recovery Program ( HHRP) Idalia.
- Negotiate contracts between applicants and contractors providing housing rehabilitation services and facilitated conflict resolution between parties should any arise.

- Prepare mortgage document for both residents assisted the Downpayment funds and or Rehabilitation funds.
