Marquez Lee

My name is Marquez Lee i am 19 years of age I am very passionate and Motivated and hardworking individual with hands-on experience at Amazon seeking to build a long-term career in logistics, operations, or customer service. Known for reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. I started on the outbound dock and I came in with a chip on my shoulder, i got along with all my fellow coworkers and I loved my management team that included, Jeremy Richardson and Richard Henderson wouldn’t rather have it any other way. I started working here on my 18th birthday and I have no REGRETS. I started as a palletizer on the ship dock lanes for 2 months, then I quickly started learning everything I was very motivated to become something more something bigger with this company. I quickly became a water spider on the ship dock for my 4th month, I then learned how to be a great CPT chaser for the dock and learning so many things. I then learned how to do cossi for quality for the ship dock and I was doing that my 5th month there and I loved it. Everything I was learning only motivated me to do more. My 6 month there I then became a gate guardian for quality, I was doing a very efficient job all parts of that area and I quickly started learning everything that evolves around it. My fellow coworkers / leadership PA’s Shaun Hess and melo Gonzalez taught me everything I know and I thank them for that. It’s a honor working near them at the desk and that’s where I quickly learned how to run the whole CPT operation and I became a CPT clerk my 7th month and I been doing that the rest of 12 months here and learning everything I possibly could and it pushed me harder than ever.And I wanna join my amazing coworkers team. I am very motivated to get a promotion and continue my journey with Amazon and keep our promises to our thousands of customers.
