Perform general light repairs and maintenance work in buildings, apartments and or public space areas in various NYCHA Developments.
Demonstrate working knowledge of the methods, materials, tools and equipment used in the trade or trades to which assigned.

Clean interiors and exteriors of structures, roof fans, vents, ducts, etc.
Clean mold inside units and public space areas.
Understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

• Processed incoming shipments of merchandise, and restocked shelves accordingly.
• Organized store shelves and displays in accordance with merchandising guidelines.
• Maintained accurate records of inventory levels, pricing information, and sales figures.
