  • Responsible for scheduling training for each department as approved and requested to increase workflow circulation into other areas of expertise. Conducting and implementing new training and/or updated versions of the training to make sure all persons are up to date on standards.
  • Provides leadership, direction, and support to ensure approved programs are fully implemented and ensures the effectiveness of each program by monitoring the work of associates for a few months to compare to past results.
