During my experience at Paycom I learned how to build a (merely surviving) team into a close-knit effective and efficient team which was indicative of my abilities to build relationships, and radiate positivity to improve the culture of the team. I enjoyed taking lead in planning teams sprints and strategies according to project scope, delivery dates and the teams velocity by ensuring all of us- QA, product managers, team leads, and developers were always on the same page.
