Accomplished increasing our staff by 300 in 2 months to stabilize the high applicant volume demands of the heavily federally funded CERA program during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Played an integral part in the revamping and rebranding of the HR department and onboarding process that garnered HR the highest support department rating in the entire agency.

Aided the National Equity Project alongside my director of DEI in hosting multiple lunch and learns, community engagement events, and employee roundtables with over 25 different school districts which covered a host of social issues from race relations, mental health awareness, youth development and understanding, and the prison industrial complex to name a few.
Serviced over 1,000 school volunteer screening applicants and verified eligibility via the iChat and CHRISS software while also making sure all program participants were briefed on the childhood care member safety requirements and protocols.
Actively contributed to the successful acquisition of teachers and nurses from the center program of Grand Rapids Public School District which doubled our overall staff and required orientations to be conducted twice a week for 6 weeks.
