MARTEL JOHNSON

As a level 7, I am required to run shifts and be a leader in the kitchen. I address any problems that occur with customers and try to defuse situations as quickly as possible, while also ensuring that the consumer leaves happy. As a level 7, I am held to a greater standard, and I am there to set an example for new hires, while also training them in different areas of the store.

I worked in an establishment as a full-service food provider, taking orders, preparing meals, and collecting payments, while also keeping the food preparation areas clean, sanitized, and well-organized. Restocked condiments, beverages, and supplies while keeping the service areas clean. I then worked my way up to a Level 5, where I would work on the drive-thru window, fries, and the "board," where I would dress, wrap, and package burgers.
