  • Transcribing brief five minute parent-child interactions utilizing PRT components adapted from English to Spanish.
  • Behaviorally coding parent-child interactions to collect data on the level of mastery of the PRT treatment for Spanish-speaking families after a brief 6-week intervention.
  • Performing statistical and qualitative analysis.

Social Tools And Rules for Teens (START) - Dating 06/22-08/22

  • Transcribed and coded participant interviews in search for common themes, challenges, experiences of adults with autism in their dating and relationship experiences.
  • Thematically analyzed qualitative data from participant interviews to inform a social skills intervention program to aid in initiating/maintaining romantic relationships.
  • Gathered, arranged, and corrected research data to create representative charts highlighting results for the annual McNair Summer Research Conference.
