- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergency situations professionally and effectively.

- Coordinate with repair shops, insurance companies, and law enforcement agencies as needed.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Go over repair order with technicians
• Contact insurance company to update repair order and supplement reports
• Use Mitchell Repair System to write estimate and parts pricing
• Pick up and Order parts
• Inspect vehicle for quality control in body, prep, paint and refinishing department
• Keep contact with customer for any update or changes doing repair process
