Working hand and hand with other unit peer leaders and upper management to provide a safe and functional environment for patients and employees. The SPHM (Safe Patient Handling & Mobility) team oversees equipment and techniques used to safely assist patients in ADL's. This is done by making sure all of our equipment is up to date, and securing all the necessary supplies needed to care for our veterans (i.e. lift slings, ceiling lifts, air taps, etc.)
