Reading
Ever since I was young, I have loved reading. My imagination is very vivid, meaning while reading I create entire universes that have characters with personalities that I interpreted. When I could not connect socially to other kids my age, I would read in order to find a safe place to escape. Growing up, I had anxiety and could not talk or connect to other kids that well. Often left to my own choice, I went to the library in order to find a distraction. Over time, I became exceptionally good in English classes regarding spelling as well as my vocabulary. Reading has become an integral way I learn new topics and become proficient in my studies of interest.
