· I was hired for the position of front office here at Women’s Health – currently PSR. At this time, I did all duties including checking in patients, answering phone calls, and we also did pre-reg for every patient that we saw, and any other duties required.

· Before my site manager left, she taught me to do surgery scheduling, so I took on that responsibility along with my front office duties. When our new site manager was hired, she told me that I would continue to do the surgery scheduling and I would be a front office lead.

· When this next site manager decided to leave WFM, she encouraged me to apply for the position of site manager. She said that everyone in the office respected my leadership and she would teach me the other duties that came with the position which included the clinician templates. I applied for the position and was transitioned to the site manager position.

· There was a change in the position of site manager. I was going to have to take on another clinic along with Women’s Health. I declined because I felt that Women’s Health was a big enough clinic that I would not be able to give my all to 2 clinics. So I became a site lead. All my payroll responsibilities with my front office and billing staff were taken from me but I continued to do all other responsibilities within the clinic so I became the unofficial office manager.

· My new position is currently scheduling coordinator. My responsibilities include coordinating templates, calendars, and Paycom for the current clinicians. I also help when needed with any other duties for Women’s Health. I helped the new PSM and the new PM-C while they oversaw Women’s Health.
